Rubber Lined Pipes & Chutes — Mozambique Titanium Mine

AU Industries fabricated rubber lined pipes and chutes for a titanium mining operation in Mozambique. The scope combined our pipe lining and chute fabrication offerings into a single package delivered to site.
The challenge
The customer needed both pipework and chute work for a single circuit upgrade, and wanted a single supplier accountable for the lining specification across both. Coordinating two suppliers risked mismatched compounds and adhesion standards.
Our solution
We fabricated and rubber lined the chutes alongside lining the supporting pipework, all in the same compound and curing standard. This matched the wear life across the whole circuit and gave the customer one quality dossier to file.
